Standard: $500 (exhibit table) Silver: $600 (exhibit table + one meal pass & complimentary registration) Gold: $700 (exhibit table + two meal passes & complimentary registration) Platinum: $800 (Gold package + an approved speaker presentation or company name on the coffee or afternoon break) We will attend the seminars ($160/person) Indicate number of attendees. We would be pleased to make a donation to defray the cost of the event. Indicate amount of donation.
